Professional App Store management tools, built with privacy as a priority.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using AppsAndScreens (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The App is a native macOS tool designed for managing App Store metadata and assets.
2. Scope of Service
AppsAndScreens provides the following functionalities:
- App Store Connect Integration: Direct communication with Apple APIs via your own API keys.
- Screenshot Editor: Local non-destructive editing of App Store assets.
- On-Device AI: Metadata generation using Apple Foundation Models.
- Project Management: Local storage of app metadata using SwiftData.
3. API Keys and Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your App Store Connect API keys (.p8 files). While the App stores these in the macOS Keychain for your protection, you must ensure your device is secure. We never have access to your credentials or app data.
4. AI-Generated Content
The App uses Apple Intelligence and local Foundation Models to assist in generating metadata (e.g., App Name, Keywords, Descriptions).
- Review Required: You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated text for accuracy and compliance with Apple’s guidelines before publishing to the App Store.
- On-Device Processing: AI tasks are performed locally; no data is sent to our servers for these purposes.
5. Screenshot Editing and Assets
All screenshots and edited assets are stored on your local file system. You retain all ownership and copyright of the assets created using the Screenshot Editor.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any App Store rejections, account terminations, or data loss resulting from the use of the App or the App Store Connect API.
7. Intellectual Property
AppsAndScreens and its original code, features, and functionality are the property of Pavel Gnatyuk. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal or professional app management.
